documentation and files for version 1.x?

I've got a version of fck 1.x integrated with a .net 1.1 site that is failing. I would do an upgrade to fck 2.x, but I don't have the .net source code. So, repairing the fck 1.x install would be easiest, if possible.

Does anyone have the fck 1.x files and documentation?
