div tag added on copy/paste in Chrome

When I copy/paste from a plain text file, CKEditor seems to be nesting the text in

body p div

This only seems to happen in Chrome, Firefox works fine -

body p

I was able to replicate this issue in the CKEditor demo. Has anyone else experienced this issue or is there a fix?
