default html that is inserted automatically

Can somebody please tell me which file of fck 2.4.3 contains the following default html:

<html>
<head>
<title></title>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>

I have been furiously searching every file that contains each individual tag, removed the html tag, yet when I go back into the editor and view the source, its still there!!!!! :cry:

Also, where is the code that creates the <embed> tag when adding flash movies?
I want to change this to an <object> tag and add param tags, but the html <embed> does not seem to be contained within any of the fck editor files....... :cry:

This is very frustrating

The code that creates the <embed> tag is in editor/dialog/fck_flash/fck_flash.js
