customize menu

by default, fckeditor gives us quite comlete menu for formatting. how do we hide some of the menu that we dont need, lets say we need to hide "Source" button? I changed it in fckconfig.js, but it won't hide the items.

Here is how i do it, just comment out some line in fckconfig.js:

I commented out the first row, but it still shows on my editor. Is there any other file that I should configure??? tia.
