converting a simple plugin to ckeditor

Hi guys,
I've made up a plugin for my FCKeditor, it's very simple, but I don't know how to convert it to a code that CKeditor will understand, there's no information about making plug-ins in the documentation of CKeditor..
Can you please help me put this up together? it's a very short code..
