The compressed JS files are not supported by ISO-8859-1

Hi,
I am using fck2.6.4. The compressed javascript files placed inside the js folder is not compatible with my editor which supports the character encoding iso-8859-1.
Is there anyway to generate iso-8859-1 compatible compressed files?

Files are in UTF-8. You have to convert them manually. iconv does a good job.

We are in 2009. I would suggest you to get a real text editor instead of fighting against utf
