ckeditor problem in safari (mac)

I just updated to the current ckeditor 3.6.2 and mac os 10.7.2 with safari 5.1.1 and ceditor no longer works properly when using webyep 1.7.1 (also the current version).

I can login and access ckeditor but the dialog box does not show any of the menu commands only the larger box to type in the text but no way to use the edit buttons as they do not appear.

In my other browsers, it seems to work fine.
Also, I tried tinymce as my text editor and it works fine and shows all the edit commands.
Is this a safari issue with the new mac version or is it something I can correct?
