ckeditor not displaying inline styles in the editor (textarea) properly but does in source mode

Hello All, 

I have a dilemma and I feel like I'm missing something. I'm using a normal textarea to display a full html page with allowedcontent = true, fullpage=true, some protected sources for styling not to be stripped and a few other things, however inline styling is giving me an issue.

The full html shows in the source code, and if I hit preview and if I save the document, it all works fine. The problem is, that it doesn't display inline styling in the wysiwyg mode. So while it works, users are forced to edit the html in the source view.

Is there a way around that? I can add screenshots if needed.
