can't download fckconfig.js from souceforge

hi,

i'm trying to setup FCK in CF7 application server and while reading WIKI on CF integration one of the paragraphs is pointing to modified fckconfig.js on sourceforge (https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1405263&group_id=75348&atid=543653) unfortunately i can't download this file. (subscribed to to sourceforge, FCK wiki, etc) and still no access.
