can not upload (java)

I have used FCKeditor(JAVA) for some days. It's very useful.But during this time,I met some problems about its configuration.The funtion of uploader can not work successfully.And I can't find the file or folder which
named 'simpleuploader'.

Please tell me how to resolve this problem.
