A button for switching basic/default toolbar

A toolbar button for switching basic/default toolbar setting. Did anybody do that? Please share code, advises. Thank you very much.

I too would love to know if anyone has done this.

The best I am able to do currently is get the second toolbar to show up in addition to the first.

Not very useful
