asp.net dialog box labels not showing

Hello,

I am using ckeditor 3.6 in an asp.net 4 website. All seems to work fine except for one thing. When I click the image or flash or table button and the dialog box opens none of the input elements (textboxes) on any of the tabs have labels. These labels do appear however when I run the samples pages so I'm missing a configuration setting somewhere. I have looked and looked for the solution and not found it. Can someone help me?
