working fine in firefox, cant get it to work in IE at all? has anyone tried adding an fck editor to a form/textarea which is created through js?
i get the no field with id or name matching xx error. i thought it might be getelementsbyname function malfunctioning, switched to getelementsbytagname, editor starts to appear but get linkedfield has no properties error.
its really killing me because it works perfectly in firefox. ive checked rendered source chart in ff and the text area is there where it should be and its there when the fck editor replacetextarea call is made.

RE: adding an fck editor through the DOM
"cant move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of a type that does not accept the focus" error. cant see anything decent on that from the wiki or google.
so apart from this error it seems fine, but really i dont want to have to set id's because i know it should work with just name set, i cant work out why it wont work with just a name set through the dom but but does with a just a name set in plain html.
i also have a problem where the fck editor doesnt appear the second time i open it (using ajax here) i think i saw a solution to that setting something to null. its clear though that while fck editor is an awesome piece of coding and the most usable out there its a shame its not more extensible and quite bulky/hard to modify.
