Word 2007 Style / Lay-out of toolbar

Hi Guys,
First of all a happy new year.

I've got a couple of questions:

1) Is there a posibility to rebuild the toolbar layout from office 2003 style to office 2007 style?
2) Is someone already working on it or is this something for the future?
