Where to put ckeditor folders.

I am running inside a portlet inside jetspeed, under tomcat.

I am having trouble finding the right place to put the ckeditor folders, and I need to use a plugin.

So far I have been able to get to the config file via with this: customConfig: '../ckeditor/config.js'

any ideas?
