Where is fckeditor.net, i cann`t find it in download

i want bin of fckeditor.net
in page http://www.fckeditor.net/download
the link under
//FCKeditor.Net
//ASP.Net Control to easily integrate FCKeditor on .Net web pages.

when i enter into it,there is only a fckeditor for java,where is fckeditor.net

is it java?but only one item here,i cann`t find .net

Oh sorry is a problem of my brower
i use firefox have seen them,
but is it fckeditor.net 2.6.3 match for fckeditor 2.6.4.1?
