Where is the Read More Button?

Hi, okay call me noobs..

I can't fine anything for the Wordpress "Read More" function on the fckeditor..


I'm using WP 2.8.4, with the latest fckeditor (3.0.1)...

I search the google and can't find anything about it.. please help me
