Where is the .Net dll?

I have downloaded the most current version of the .Net control (2.6.4). Documentation states that there should be a bin folder that contains a .dll for both 1.0 and 2.0 frameworks. But when I download the zip files, these folders are nowhere to be found nor the .dll. Am I missing something? I'm downloading off of sourceforge.net.
