Hi, I build in CKEditor in my CMS, but the weird thing is, when I test it in IE, it always draws and border around the content. I use enterMode:1 and I have a contentCSS file. Now when I remove the contentCSS file it's fixed, but even when I add an empty CSS file it still keeps comming back.
Anyone has any idea how to fix this?

IEs displays "control
IEs displays "control selection" border around some elements like non-editable elements, RTL elements and perhaps many more. I guess that one of the styles in your contents.css file turns paragraph or whatever you have there into control elelement.
PS. I read that even empty contents.css cause this issue. Try updating to 4.x first.
