Hi, I'm getting "template information is not found" when I try to do a spell check.
SCAYT works; but not WSC.
What am I missing?
I'm using ckeditor 3.6 in Drupal 7.
Thanks

Re: Web Spell Check fails
When it is working I believe the dialog has a link to the spell check service site, where more info should be available.
Re: Web Spell Check fails
Apologies if you already know this, but this seems to be the third party service providing the spell checker.

I'm wondering if the spell checker feature in CKeditor is limited to a free trial period? Anybody know?
Re: Web Spell Check fails
This page seems to indicate the spell checker is free (ad supported) within CKeditor.

Re: Web Spell Check fails
- Service currently unavailable
- Permission denied to set property window.fakeOpener
I'm curious whether this is just a temporary phase, or whether SpellCheck might be reliably unreliable.

Re: Web Spell Check fails
I solved this problem by bailing on the web spell checker, and replacing it with SCAYT. Imho, you don't really need both.
Re: Web Spell Check fails
Interesting idea! But I'd still like to find a fix.
It's good to know I'm not the only one with this issue. I was beginning to think I had a one-of-a-kind problem.
Thanks
