I want to have a nested bullet
example
- Main Heading
- List item 1
- List item 2
The list item1 and item2 should fall under the Main heading. This should be done upto 3 levels. So is there is any plugin available for it by which i can do it?

You don't need any plugin,
You don't need any plugin, this is a standard CKEditor functionality that can be achieved by using the Bulleted (or Numbered) List along with the Increase/ Decrease Indent buttons.
