WORD PRESS 2.3.3 ERROR MESSAGE HELP!

I got this error when I was trying to enable the plug in...
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Any advice?

I'm runing Apache server
PHP 5.0.4
Web server Apache/2
MySQL client 4.1.20
