Value is not clearing in FCK Editor window

hi,
we are using FCKeditorV2.
we are having strange problem.
The value from the FCK Editor window is not deleting some time.

for ex:
I have added one External Web link and saved into database.
later i come back and delete that link on FckEditor.
But the link is not deleting.

can any one help me..
