VERSION 2.6 With Plugins

Hey everyone,

I had come across a few bugs in 2.5.1 that appear to be fixed in 2.6 beta. I have been updating the files and noticed right away that there appears to be problems with 2.6 and FCKeditor plugins. The plugins install fine and show in the toolbar, and I can click the buttons to open the dialogs for the plugins, but when I use the plugin and click OK, nothing happens. I have went over the .js files for the plugins and tried to figure out what was different from this version to the previous one.

Do the floating windows make all plugins useless right now?

Oh, when I click the OK button I do get an javascript error. From what I can tell the parent.window.close in the OK function for the various plugins appear to be causing the problem.

No one has any advice on this?

Ok well, i'm going to be looking into other editors as the support for this one is just dismal.

In your plugins change

var oEditor = window.parent.InnerDialogLoaded() ;

into

var dialog   = window.parent ;
var oEditor = dialog.InnerDialogLoaded() ;
