Using richcombo plugin

I downloaded the richcombo plugin, create a directory in the plugins folder and put my richcombo plugin.js file in that folder. I just can't find any documentation on how to add or call the richcombo class to add it to my toolbar. I like to know how to use the plugin and how to add items to the combo box.
