Using one copy Fckeditor for multiple domains

On my hosting plan I have a root directory with sub-directories for each domain.

Are the following options possible:

- Put Fckeditor in a folder at the same level as the domain folders and then access the editor from each domain?
- When the editor loads have it configured to use a custom style sheet for the drop downs for each domain?
- Configure Fck so uploads go to a sub-directory within each domain folder?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
