Using FCKEditor with ASP.Net -- Documentation?

I'm looking for the documentation for how to configure FCKEditor on ASP.Net, specifically: how do I set up the built-in FileBrowser? I've set the config file _FileBrowserLanguage and _QuickUploadLanguage both to "aspx". However, I don't know where to put the files that came with the asp.net package that are in the FileBrowser directory (FileWorderBase.cs, etc.). Also, when I just try to click "Browse Server", I get an error that says that "The server didn't send back a proper XML response. Please contact your system administrator." ??
