I've recently worked on a project that had to upgrade from an older version of CKeditor. Everything works fine (props to the dev for this), except the new editor produces HTML that's not safe for mail. More specifically when I put an image in between my text and resize it, I noticed that instead of using the attributes align, width and height, it sets these properties via the style attribute. As a result, in outlook the style is completely ignored, the image isn't floated to the left and it's the original size instead of the resized size. Is there a way to set CKeditor to produce mail safe HTML?
