If your CSS is referenced properly, you can use the "full HTML" version of the editor and include CSS links; that's what I've been using. I never even touched fck_editorarea.css.

If you set the editor to full it will automatically use your css file to display the data but it doesn't update the editor dropdowns with your css.

CSS is usually loaded from an external file using the link tag:

<link href="css/myfile.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
:

If your page is coded this way fck should find it automatically.

Maybe I havent made myself clear....
In the editor screen of fckeditor in my CMS I want to be able to see the styles after I apply them in source mode.

thanks for your patience on this...

Im actually not fussed with the dropdowns etc.. I just want it to display in the editor window correctly matching the display on my site if you follow me?
