Hi!
I'm able to browse the server with the "Browse server button" and i'm also able to upload a new picture or even create a new folder - but only virtual...
It doesn't really upload the pictures or creates the folder. The UserFilesPath - Folder is still empty, no file is uploaded there and no folder is created there! I'm using ASP.NET 2.0, my configuration is the following:
<appSettings> <add key="FCKeditor:UserFilesPath" value="../../../testfolder/" /> </appSettings>

It might help. If not, reply back here so we know.

Re: Unable to upload a file
The "Upload" tab is completely useless to me and the Upload functionality on that resource browser is usless too. As you said it doesn't report an error, but it also doesn't upload the file.
Do you have any idea, what I'm doing wrong?
Thank you for your help!
Best regards, Mike
Re: Unable to upload a file
If that larger resource browser (launched from the Image dialog) doesn't upload properly, then I'm not really sure. That was my one "sure fire" method. I think I would maybe try changing
to something within your own structure, e.g.
and make sure that folder has the proper permissions. If you can upload to that folder within your own directory, then maybe FCK is having issues with the "../../../...".
One thing you may not have tried is manually putting a file in the directory you want to make sure that when you browse for images, FCKeditor is looking at the proper folder.
My web.config line doesn't have the ending "/", but I think FCKeditor handles it properly if it is there...
Let us know if any of this works.

Re: Unable to upload a file
Changing the web.config to
worked for me. My Web.config needed the last '/' without it didn't work. It looks like FCKeditor has some troubles with the "../../../...".
How ever, it works, I'm happy and thank you for your help!!
