Unable to enter text after horizontal line

Steps:

1. Open Editor
2. Go to Source and add <HR> tag e.g. Question<hr/>
3. Try to enter text after horizontal line

You have to press the little

You have to press the little red enter arrow to the right side that brings up the red line (Magicline). More on this here.

actully we have remove that magic line plugin for some reason. do u have any other work around

pls help
