UTF8 how to stop html code replacement?

I really need to know how to disable FCKEditor's feature of replacing UTF characters with html code ones, e.g:
é converts to é

The main reason is I have a Flash and html front end and Flash doesn't recognize the html codes.

If you know the answer I would be most grateful.
