how can i make an URL of any website link which can be click and redirect to the specific website
please help. i found an option to make an URL of any weblink but after making a link i could not click this link........

If I understand correctly,
If I understand correctly, the link should be working OK, it's just that you are viewing the text in the editing mode. Use the Preview function to see what the final text will look like after you submit it. See here for an explanation from CKEditor 3.x User's Guide: http://docs.cksource.com/CKEditor_3.x/Users_Guide/Document/Preview
It works the same in CKEditor 4 although depending on your installation preset you may need to install the Preview plugin.
