The above problem is occuring not just on the Source window, but on several windows, inlcuding the dialogs for Template, Spec Characters, Table, Anchor.
If any ideas or suggestions, help ASAP would be greatly appreciated. In looking at the code in fckdialog.html, I am guessing that it might be related to the resizing functions.
It looks to me as if AutoSize in fckdialog.html isn't working. I've tried setting it to true from the default false, but it still wont resize the dialog to suit.
the iframe keeps getting a height of 150px and everything is hidden inside of that. Rob
To be able to understand if it is an issue with the editor or with the skin, we need a sample page with the default skin showing the problem. No hacks or what else. In this way we are able to first see the problem here, and then debug to find out the culprit.
I can confirm the issue is occurring with absolutely no custom skinning on all browsers as well.

--Edit-- This is a stock install of FCK, no modifications what-soever. The only differences are in the configuration, none to do with styling, and that it is embedded in an existing page that previous versions worked in fine (and that page has not changed). I cannot post public examples of this page for IP protection purposes.
The way Waldo has it in his screengrabs is how it is. It still keeps happening for me but I can't trigger it on purpose.
Once it starts happening, I've found that I can right click on some parts of the dialogue and select refresh. This causes the image properties dialogue in particular to reload properly, but at about twice the width. Each further refresh makes the dialogue even wider. I've never had it happen in Firefox, but my users can't use FF at work.
I've studied the rendered code manny times and the only thing that's clear is that somehow the iframe isn't able to always keep the surrounding bits forced opene and the lower part of the dialogue collapses upward.
My suggestion would be to just start using FCK with IE7 and wait until it happens. If you're using Firefox all the time, you probably won't see it.
URGENT - anyone?

BTW This is NOT restricted to IE7, this is happening in FF2, FF3 and Safari as well.

I cannot get it to occur on your demo, but the demo appears to be styled differently than the downloadable release.
2nd screenshot is the demo as it appears on the same browser.
