Tweaking CKfinder /Quickupload to upload-only without browse

I have been wrestling around with fckeditor, ckeditor, quickupload and ckfinder for days.
Getting them installed in Drupal6 was no issue. Getting them to work the way I want is.

What I am trying to achieve is this:
I want to enable all of my endusers to upload images to use inline.
But I want to avoid a huge messy directory. So I want each user to upload to his own folder. And I want to disallow endusers to edit or delite images from other users. How do I do this using CKeditor and FCfinder?

In addition I'd like to turn of filemanager all together and only allow quickupload. Anybody figured this out?
