I've been designing web sites for 12-13 years, writing all coding by hand and designing my own templates; I've never used any software.
I want to give my clients a way to edit just the content area of a particular page and that's what's led me here. I guess there would be a login page for them to sign in and then the CKEditor would appear, they would edit the content and click a Submit button and, voila! Right?
Well I need some help ... I must be an official Dummie because I don't know where to start. I've downloaded the CKEditor and put it on my server. Then I opened the INSTALL.html file and read that. It seems I've installed everything okay.
How do I learn the basics? How do I create a login page that opens an editor ... and then, how do I point the Editor to send what's typed onto a particular html page?
I need Step-By-Step Instructions for Dummies, please.
Thanks!!!

Re: Tutorials for Dummies?
I consider myself a dummy so maybe I can help.
After you installed CKEditor (put it in your site's ftp) you have to add some code to your page's header area:
Customer and Community Manager, CKSource
