Tooltips don't display in Menu

I am using v1.6 of the FCK Editor. The editor is located in the path of an app that I have on IIS and not in the root directory. I have made some modifcations to my config file and the control renders perfectly expect for the fact that the tooltips do not display. What needs to be changed to get them to display?

Never mind. I figured out why the tooltips weren't displaying. I had a custom control on my page as well which was rendering a table. The table probably overlapped with the control causing the tooltips not to display. Moving the control below the editor fixed the problem.
