I am not sure I understand what you mean. A tooltip is simply the content of the "title" attribute of an HTML element. All standard CKEditor toolbar buttons have their tooltips defined and displayed when you hover your mouse over it, like here:
I was hoping to be able to set the title property for the editor as a whole, so it appears when the mouse is over the text box itself, not one of the toolbar items. Thanks, Reg
