Hi all..
I have installed the FCK editor in a little CMS page integrated with PHP.
When I load the editor using IE in a Windows machine, all works correctly, but in a MAC computer, toolbar isn't shown. Only the text area appears.
Any help on this please?
Thanks
Jaime

RE: Toolbar isn't shown in a MAC computer
If I'm not mistaken, the editor degrades nicely to a plain old fashion textarea in Safai.

include("FCKeditor/fckeditor.php");
and also
/////////////////////////////////////////////////
// insert an instance of FCK editor
$oFCKeditor = new FCKeditor('entry') ;
$oFCKeditor->BasePath = '/admin/FCKeditor/';
$oFCKeditor->Height = 300;
$oFCKeditor->Create();
The include statement uses the relative path the the file fckeditor.php, but the BasePath uses the absolute path. I'm not certain if this is required, but it does work.
Another thought occurs to me... if you have any stray commas in the config file that defines your toolbars, you may not see the toolbars at all.
For example:
FCKConfig.ToolbarSets["Basic"] = [
['Bold','Italic','-','OrderedList','UnorderedList','-','Link','Unlink','-','About']
,];
The comma right before the closing bracket would be a stray.
