I have tried to change the background color for the toolbar without any success. I know I have to clear my cache whenever I change a source file of the editor, but this doesnt do the trick either.
The file I am modifying is "editor\skins\default\fck_editor.css"
and the propery I'm changing is
.TB_ToolbarSet, .TB_Expand, .TB_Collapse
{
/*background-color: #efefde; orignal colour*/
background-color: #e3e3e3;/* new colour*/
}
It must be something so simple I'm overlooking ...

RE: Toolbar css
//oFCKeditor other properties too ...//
oFCKeditor.SkinPath = "skins/default/"
oFCKeditor.Create();
to a non-existing path and that didn't have an effect either ... what am I missing ....
RE: Toolbar css
var o = new FCKeditor( 'myeditor' );
o.BasePath = rootUrl;
o.Config['SkinPath']=rootUrl+"/editor/skins/office2003/";
o.Config["AutoDetectLanguage"] = false ;
o.Config["DefaultLanguage"] = "en" ;
o.Config["EditorAreaCSS"]="/styles.css";
o.Create();
and then I think the value in the fck_editor.css (defined by the path above), you want to change is
#eToolbar{
background-color:pink;
}
RE: Toolbar css
.TB_ToolbarSet, .TB_Expand, .TB_Collapse
{
/*background-color: #efefde; orignal colour*/
background-color: #e3e3e3;/* new colour*/
}
that is for the "default" skin in the "editor\skins\default" folder.
