I use ckeditor 4.3 full and I use it inside frame.
In firefox i got - http://d.pr/i/e2LO and if I will refresh this page got the same problem, but if I will open another page and then open this back again there no probs.
When I use chrome ckeditor load its buttons ok.
Tried to setTimeout with js and other magic manipulations, still nothing with ff.
