I've placed an editor in an iframe in this page

and there are two problems:
1) no matter how I try to define the toolbar ('full' or 'custom') the order of the toolbar groups lays out strangely - even when I place a '/' between groups to try and make it more orderly, some of the groups show up in the middle of the next row, or are indented.
2) (more important) when I shrink the browser window ("Command - " on a Mac) the right side of the textarea disappears and the toolbar groups shift right outside of the frame. Curiously when I open the editor in a separate window, this happens on "Command +".
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
