Toolbar Scrolls in Chrome and Safari FCKeditor 2.65

Hi,

I'm having a big problem with FCKEditor 2.6.5 with Chrome and Safari-- if you either type more than the original editor size, or simply click your mouse in the editor field and drag down, the toolbar scrolls up about halfway. Then the toolbar icons are half hidden. You can restore it by clicking the 'contract' and 'expand' links, or by clicknig and dragging your mouse up-- but no other way.

Does anyone have a fix? I've tried this on both an empty HTML page as well as a styled one, so I know this has something to do with the FCK code and not something to do with my page. See the sample below-- the toolbar has scrolled up!
