Toolbar Mouseover

Hi all,

I was wondering if it was possible to have a mouseover event with the images (icons) on the toolbar?

What I was thinking was having a field to the left of the toolbar and when you put the mouse over one of the toolbar icons, say the Save icon the new field would display the word Save.

I have done this before with other projects but can't seem to find the location where I can put the onmouseover call.
