Texttemplate

hello, i want to create a texttemplate.
im using the FCK editor and to make my end results look nice and all the same exept from what changes i tought of makeing a template. i didn't find anything like that on the wiki so i ask it here or it is possible.

template should look like the following;

Question 1: awnser
Quastion 2 awnser

a little list here

and an end note.


--is this possible to make ?
