Template.css does not appear to be a valid file

Editor brings up this warning message.
Warning: /hsphere/local/home/<username>/<web address>/templates/js_jamba/css/template.css does not appear to be a valid file. Reverting to JoomlaFCK's default styles
The actual template name in the directory specified is template_css.css, not template.css.
Is it safe to just ignore the warning message or is there a fix?
