Tables and Borders

When I use the table feature I am having an issue because it's always adding a border.

I am selecting border size as 0 from Table Properties.

We currently are using this within a visualforce page within salesforce. On version ckeditor_v364

Do you know how I can still use the table feature and remove the border? OR

Can I can change the color or the border?
