Tabbed Multi-document

Hi,

Is there any way todo a Tabbed Multi-document just like Solmetra SPAW editor?

A way to have several tabs just like Image (Used usually for translation but can be used for other stuff)?

I browsed arround and couldn't find a way to do it and couldn't find any plugins. Anybody has any suggestions?

Did you find a way to do it? I'm trying too! I'am using jquery and ui.tabs but I would like to know if there is a better solution...
