Styles not all appearing in the drop down

I have created a list of styles in an xml file. Only 4 of them appear in the drop down. Is this tied to the element tag? I have about 10 and would like them all to appear.

I think you've hit upon your problem...

I have the following custom styles set up, which only appear if you have a TD selected:

        <Style name="PT Input" element="td">
                <Attribute name="class" value="wv-input-text" />
        </Style>
        <Style name="PT Text" element="td">
                <Attribute name="class" value="wv-text" />
        </Style>

There are two similar styles that come with the standard FCKEditor distribution - Image on Left and Image on Right - which only appear if you have an IMG selected.

I'm not quite sure how the editor distinguishes between element tags which result in conditional Style display, and element tags which are to be applied as styles; it seems the same XML attribute tag is used for both.
