Strange error?

I have been running text editor for a few days and I have noticed that when I write and add images I keep getting additional text.....ÃƒÂ‚Ã‚ÂÃƒÂ‚Ã‚ÂÃƒÂ‚Ã‚Â

When I check the source button I can see in the code that it is creating additional paragraphs with this text??

Question - is your server configured to serve files in UTF-8?
